*At UKMCPRO we guarantee all products for a minimum of 1 year against faults with the materials or workmanship unless otherwise state by manufacturers warranty. This does not include normal wear and tear or mis-used items. Burns, abrations and cuts are also not covered unless stated on manufacturers warranty. We also accept returns on unused items for exchange or refund for upto 60 days after purchase. Exceptions are made so if you have a good reason for taking longer then just email us or give us a call. At UKMCPRO we aim to provide Military and Police equipment designed to make your job easier, if you are not happy with any purchase made then please let us know about it. Feedback, good or bad, is always valuable to us and greatly appreciated. At UKMCPRO we take responsibility for any packings or order mistakes that we make. Unfortunately we are not perfect and in the rare occations that we do get it wrong we will cover the cost of your return postage back to us. That counts postage costs upto Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Post (Special Deliveries and Courier Services not covered unless prior arrangments are made with us beforehand and a valid reason presented). Your statutory rights are not affected.
